Digispark Publisher

Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 October 2026

These terms govern the use of Digispark Publisher (the "Service"), operated by DIGISPARK S.R.L., Via Bianca Ceva 6, 20152 Milano (MI), Italy, VAT 14554820960 ("Digispark", "we"). By signing in to the Service or connecting an account to it, you accept these terms.

1. The Service

The Service lets Digispark publish short videos of its own apps to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube accounts that belong to Digispark or to those apps. Videos are grouped in batches; a Digispark operator reviews each post, chooses its settings and approves the batch, and the Service then uploads each video at its scheduled time through the platforms' official APIs.

2. Who may use it

Access is limited to Digispark operators with an account created by Digispark. Accounts are personal; operators must keep their credentials confidential and tell us at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access.

3. Connected accounts

Only accounts owned or managed by Digispark, or by people who have authorised Digispark to publish on their behalf, may be connected. The person who connects an account confirms they have the right to grant the requested permissions.

An account can be disconnected at any time from the Service or from the platform's settings. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to its data.

4. Content and approval

Nothing is published without the explicit approval of an operator. The operator who approves a batch is responsible for checking that every video, caption and setting is correct, that the content is original or properly licensed, and that it respects the rules of the destination platform.

The Service does not add watermarks, logos or promotional text to videos, and it does not copy content from other platforms.

5. Platform terms

Using the Service also means using the platforms it publishes to, under their own terms:

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running, but publishing depends on the platforms' APIs, limits and reviews, which we do not control. A post can be delayed or rejected by a platform; the Service shows the outcome of every post and never retries a publish whose outcome is unclear, to avoid duplicates.

7. Liability

The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Digispark is not liable for indirect damages or for the decisions of the platforms (such as removed posts or restricted accounts). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend an operator account or the publishing to a connected account if it is used in breach of these terms or of a platform's rules. Operators may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Milan, Italy, have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: [email protected].
